For the last week I’ve been down the coast (hence the lack of training) with mates, it was awesome. In terms of training quite a lot was done.
Heaps of swimming against a current. Basically swimming against a rip at the mouth of a lake =D
And we went canoeing as well. My shoulders are going to be so buff from that! trying to paddle against head on coast wind is hard. Very hard! That canoe trip also made me lift canoes often, drag them, push them, carry them. A lot was done! The next day every muscle was cramping! xD
There was a lot of walking. So yeah, no structured training but it weaved it’s way in there anyway!
