It was my birthday yesterday. Friends came over and we all went down to the Murrumbidgee river. My arms got pretty sore from all the swimming, also did a lot of barefoot running (Dodging blackberry bushes hurrah…) and free climbing. Basically everything was done barefoot, and some done naked for the sake of it being fun ^^
Me and a friend with similar views are looking at doing natural training; running, climbing, swimming, fighting etc. around that area. Harden mind and body. It would all be done barefoot and probably in only neccessary clothes (Pair of sports/swimming shorts maybe) if any, after all, no clothes are neccessary.
But yes, we did a lot of running, swimming, free climbing and some fighting which was great fun ^^
